About Me

One of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken was quitting a career to go for my dream of being a small business owner and stay-at-home mom.
Another terrifying act was getting sober.

These changes weren’t easy. And they didn’t happen overnight. But they turned out to be two of the most important choices I’ve ever made. I came to believe that we’re all here to expand and become the expression our highest selves.

These days, I find joy in inspiring other people to find the courage to change, and grow a life of their dreams.

Becoming a single mom by choice in 2004 took me on a journey I could not have imagined. Parenthood forced me to take a good, hard look at myself. I realized I had to evolve into a better version of me, and I committed fully to becoming that person.

But first, I had to acknowledge that I was dependent on alcohol. On August 30th, 2006, I went to my first Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. Thankfully, one day at a time, I’ve been able to navigate life on life’s terms. I haven’t had a drink since that day.

One of the biggest gifts sobriety gave me was a spiritual life. I’ve developed faith that the Universe has my back. Because of that profound change in my mindset, living sober turned out to be an unexpected joy.

My inner transformations triggered many external changes. I evolved out of a cubicle career in animation and visual effects to launch a kids’ yoga and art start-up. The business offered unique after-school programs designed to help kids realize their highest selves. I was able to work from home and include my son in my work life.

The kids art centre eventually closed, but I kept evolving. I earned certification as an online business manager and launched Admin-Guru, where I supported creative, mindful, conscious biz owners in keeping their operations running smoothly.

Most recently, I became a certified Infinite Possibilities trainer and mentor in the art of living your dreams. Offering this transformative program allows me to help people make the inner changes necessary for external transformation.

My Mission

I’m in my happy place when I’m sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way with others on a similar quest. For me, this pilgrimage is not only about achieving material goals. It’s a spiritual evolution that has deep meaning and is ever expanding.

My mission is to empower people with the tools they need to tap into their own inner wisdom, live on purpose, and know they’re not alone.
